When you charge a thousand dollars a night for the Grand California and thousands for tickets and food and whatever you are pricing out the very people who got you where you are today!!!! Californians should always get a huge discount on hotels and tickets because we are the ones who show up and have for 50 years!! We’ve stayed at the Grand California many times and as nice as it is it is no longer worth the price! Disney do right by the people who put you where you are today.

Totally agree 💯% & I am a shareholder. Iger is pricing out the average family.

  2. I checked Grand Californian rates to take my son for the weekend of his 12th birthday(2 nights). Total was $2313. That was for the basic courtyard view room. We’re Magic Key holders and no discount either. I can book a quick 4 night run to Maui for less than that. In fact, I think that’s what I will be doing.

Disney is getting pretty ridiculous. Out-pricing the theme parks, is trickling down to the movies and merchandise. Iger needs to go, sooner than later.
