February 2025, MK, 3:00 parade. (Before parade stared). Shouts of Help!! A Dr. responded 3 year old passed out. Crowd said choking. But no one started the Heinrich maneuver. Dr. Did. Bubbles coming out of mouth. Not choking. It took 11 minutes for Disney medical to arrive. A paramedic in crowd also helped. Dehydration, not eating, and sitting in the direct sunlight!! And then they didn’t want them to cross the street right before the parade was coming. 11 minutes is too long for a response time. At least there are always Medical professionals in the crowd at Disney.
