REALLY!? I am 68 and over the last 68 years attractions have come and gone. Walt, who I met, said himself that Disneyland will NEVER be completed. He didn’t want it to be. New ideas and new technologies will forever change and ALL of Disney will too. Your comment and foul mouth need to grow up. If you don’t like things then move your DONKEY ALONG and find something else to do.
Walt Disney is dead and the idea that Disneyland will never be complete died with him. It’s over. There is no more imagination left in the world. That philosophy is being abandoned when I take over Disney in favor of Make Disney Great Again and going backwards to correct mistakes and retcon the whole Iger era. The parks were completed in the 1990s and under me will be stuck in the 20th century stagnant and never adding anything new. Disney can survive on its name alone and will under me. Disneyland itself was completed with Indiana Jones in 1995. I just might turn DCA back into a parking lot.
Lol “there is no more imagination left in the world” is so dramatic, Steve. Also what do you mean ‘you’re’ taking over Disney? You’re personally demolishing the crusty, broken Mike & Sulley ride that’s nearly 25 years old? Such a weird comment. I’m personally glad they’re improving outdated rides.
That’s right. There isn’t any imagination left because the bean counters led by Iger the Terrible snuffed it out. When I take over Disney I will undo everything he worked for. I will have the majority of the shares and Disney will no longer be traded. I will be Owner the way sports teams have and answer to no one but Walt himself. Nothing is outdated. And no Avatar is coming. Pandora in WDW will be gone in less than 15 years. Same with Pixar and Marvel in the parks due to Disney being broken up as a monopoly.
Avatar another movie that they are going to run to the ground. Fire and ice 2025 avatar4 2028 and avatar5 2031. Going to juice the franchise just like star wars and marvel.
It’s sad and disappointing that so much put into the flavor of the moment such as the avengers I have teenage grandsons that do not want to go to the parks anymore. Disney seems to have forgotten. There’s a group of people in between that may not particularly like a specific theme. They used to love Tower of terror, but then it was changed and they do not care for the characters.
They love the new Mickey Mouse riding Disneyland because it’s unique and fun. However, Disney’s money grab (lightning Lane and all the other extras) makes the experience not so magical and in fact, gives everything a bad taste and smell.
