Why do they sue after they are so called injured, like right away, not way after the fact or when someone does it so they come out and try to do it too! When you don’t follow rules or warnings sign posted, it’s your fault if you get injured, not the Theme parks fault! You are at your own risk at a theme park or a ballgame, etc. I paid to go to EPIC, but I didn’t ride any rides because of a back injury many years ago, but was bothering me that day. I follow rules. But most of all, you must know what your body says. So people shouldn’t try to sue just for a pay day!
If she knew her restraints were not secure enough and that no employee has checked them, then why not make some attempt to let the operators know? This happened to me at Kings Island when I was 14, my restraint would not lock, so I got out of my ride seat, I was not letting that launch happen if I was not secured, and I let the ride operator know, otherwise I would not be here today.

One person sues so everyone comes out of the woodwork to try to get rich quick. Pathetic.

Court martial?! Please try to know what you’re talking about before writing. A court martial is a military trial.
