Robert Downey Jr. is IRON Man in the Marvel world.
So bringing him in as Dr. Doom is not necessary and not his style as a villain.
Now like Marvel brought back in Agents of Shield, Phil Coulson being killed by Loki, that could be a return of Ironman with RD Jr. Now would that be a surprise!

  2. EVERYTHING, absolutely EVERYTHING about Disney/Marvel today is based, not on any love for Marvel comics, but purely and simply on desperation. They killed the cash cow, became SO empowered of their invincibility that they believed THEY were superhero’s. ” Believe as we believe or we will ruin you name and make you unemployable. Yet, if you were on their nice list, like the 3rd rate actor ( EVERYTHING he does is delivered exactly the same way ) Pedro Pascal, then everything he says in defence of sexual deviancy, and abusing someone who actually HAS talent, is perfectly acceptable. The same can be said for ” Directors “. Disney spout, oh, we are bringing on board A, B and C, a great director. They think WE forget that a director is ONLY as good as their last movie. Disney dont see that. They see ” oh, he/they made us a billion with their last movie, lets let THEM dig us out of the mire. Its not going to work. Disney itself has become a corrupt, far left, dictatorial parody of its former self. Why? Simple. Kevin Feige.
