All the testing has been done and it’s been proven the ride had nothing to do with his dying. It was going on a ride he had no business being on. It’s obvious he didn’t read or heed the warnings that are posted. So it’s his dumbness that caused his death.

Even if it was his fault ambulance chaser lawyers will always show up.

I agree. Everything was tested. It was not the Ride itself that caused the accident. It was negligence on the Rider’s part. There are clear warnings before you enter any fast or moving ride. Im so sorry for their loss either way.

      1. Rider and his handlers that day were at fault. READ THE FUCKING SIGNS AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY SAY.

The ride was inspected by several experts, tested over and over and declared safe. This puts a big hole in ambulance chaser Crump’s plans for huge monetary law suits against Universal and the ride manufacturer. Just like the extra large young man who died in Orlando. Crump would want the ride dismantled.

Iam an annual pass holder, and this week I paid admission to EPIC. I read all the listed warnings posted at the rides because I have a back OTJ injury from years ago, and this week it was really hurting, so I didn’t go on any of the rides, but enjoyed watching my kids go on the rides. I know when I can and cannot do certain rides. Universal opened the ride because it was safe per all the official inspections by different entities proved it didn’t kill the man. Everyone feels sorry about his death, but he should have never got on the ride, and the cast member(s) should have enforced the warnings. Iam sure he had other medical issues, which will come out at trial. And the other lady who got hurt in April, why now did she come out of the closet to finally make a claim and get paid for it! People it is a risk when you ride rides, but others look for a payback! Listen to your body before taking a chance that might not be good.

Unfortunately, the Team Members that work the rides cannot tell someone they cannot go a on a ride – that would just bring another type of lawsuit against them and the company. People need to take the warnings about these rides seriously, they are posted for everyone’s safety.

I’m personally sick and tired of people not taking responsibility for themselves. This man never should have been on the ride, and his passing rests with him. My husband has difficult issues with his spine, and knows better than to ride certain rides. Universal never should have settled with the one rider. And that ambulance chasing attorney ought to be ashamed of himself.

Too bad people in general think the world is there baby sitter, Real shame “common sense has been lost.”
