Maybe they should put up signs telling people with medical problems not to ride ? Or they could just have someone explain to everyone before they are allowed to get on at the ride boarding ?
There’s enough spiels at the beginning as it is. And how do we know she had a heart attack because it scarred her too much? It’s sadly just Life. Doesn’t matter where we are at, home, work, grocery shopping, in a theme park. Things happen! Could be sitting down going for a joy ride on the Mark Twain. When the heart decides to give out, it gives out. Being in her 60s … probably a pre existing condition she was unaware of.
That doesn’t always help. When they first opened Mission to Mars it said heart disease. I had high blood pressure and asked if that was included as it is not considered heart disease. The attendant said I should be fine. No, I wasnt. My husband heloed me off and I laid down on the bench outside. It took almost an hour to be able to sit up again as I felt like my head was about to blow off. It could easily have been a fatal event. AND I ASLED FIRST!
I swear, I have a pretty dark sense of humor, and while I understand the tragedy and mourn the person’s loss. The first thing I thought was “Guess there is no longer room for one more ghost.” and “I hope they brought their death certificate.” My wife proceeded to immediately tell me how awful I am.
There are warning signs on almost every roller coaster I’ve ever ridden. The guy who died at universal was using a wheel chair and he had a serious back injury. He had no business being on the coaster in the first place!!! AND is completely responsible for his own death!!!!!!!

Haunted Mansion isn’t even scary…how can people get heart attacks on that ride????
