I’ll be there the last week of November through to the first week of December. I have only made on reservation, Thanksgiving. I’m not panicking and booking other dates because in May the reservation days I booked still has plenty of availability, so if I woke up and decided I didn’t want to go to Magic Kingdom after all it was easy to change it to go to another park.

When reservations go away I will start going back. I stopped when they became ridiculous about increasing pass prices while reducing the offerings by over half. The problem with Disney is they only want money and the elite. Passholders do not represent that. We go for Dinner or a few hours to unwind. But with needing a phone attached to us at all times to make a plan and taking away the ability to just drop in, needing a tour guide to do anything without stressing, is over the top except for the elite.
But I guess that is what matters. Snd yet morale is down, fights and entitled guests are who they get… I can’t believe I am going to say this but Universal treats locals far better and they truly care… Disney??… they need us more than we need them. And it’s showing.
Hopefully this change brings a lot of us back like it used to.

I used to work for WDW in reservations. It’s DRILLED into our heads from day 1, that the two most important guests are Military and Annual Passholders. If you have an AP guest on your phone, and you don’t thank them at least once for having an AP,and then that call is pulled for quality monitoring, you will fail that call.

We are no longer annual Passholders because we were tired of making reservations for a day at the park. It became so itedious and also we were not given any discounts worthwhile. We are also Disney vacation club members and did not feel appreciated at all. Disney became all about the money and none about the loyal members.

  3. When you can add fast pass reservations and no park reservations we will be back

Disney is basically increasing their “Good to Go” days because attendance is down. Why is that you say????? Disney ticket prices are through the roof along with everything else they offer. After 10 years of owning Florida annual passes we finally gave them up. Cost of everything at Disney is outragous. Prices are going up at double the rate of inflation. Cannot afford Disney any longer. Disney is for the working rich. When it comes to the point that families are going into debt to purchase Disney tickets, you know something is wrong.
