Disney can do what they want with their pricing, but unfortunately I being retired cannot afford their parks any longer. Disney caters to family’s with MONEY and I just don’t have that kind of cash flow any longer.
Disney angered a lot of annual pass-holders when Chapek commented that Disney did not want them because they do not spend money at the parks like people coming only once or twice in their life. This is probably Disney’s way of making up for shunning and belittling pass-holders.

Why weren’t those annual magic key discounts offered to Disneyland magic key holders? Our passes are higher.
