BS money grab. Im a litigator and can tell you that she’s suing for $50,000 just to keep it out of small claims court in the hopes that Sea World looks at their litigation costs and decides to settle. Plain and simple plaintiffs strategy. And it’s disgusting that an attorney would bring this case in the first place.
