  1. In 2015 I deliberately planned a family vacation for November 1-7 so that the weather would be cooler and therefore we would experience a more carefree trip especially for the first visits for my 5 year old granddaughter. Unfortunately nobody told the weather about that. We experienced record breaking heat (98*) and humidity every day of our visit. As my daughter said “it was hotter than the surface of the sun”. On our EPCOT day we finally gave up mid afternoon and returned to the AC at our hotel and then pool time after dark. Though our trip wasn’t as planned we still managed to enjoy our time together in the magic of Disney.

Universe of Energy was a 45! min break from the heat with no wait in line – but no more – now it’s just a 3 min roller coaster u might wait standing in line for 2 hours or more!

This week has been nice, except for the heat. I was told that it’s been unusually hot this year, but most rides had a 5 minute standby on most days. Besides the newest rides, and mine train for some odd reason, I never saw a wait time of more than 30 minutes. A lot of kids, even though this is a time when they should be in school.
