    You should NEVER leave your belongings where you can’t watch them anywhere. We have always set them right where we are going to be in the pool and actually we don’t take a wallet to the pools, lock them up in the room and just take the money you need. Bad move.
    Sounds like Disney service has gone downhill though. More compassion would be nice.

    Disney World has certainly changed over the 51 years we have been going. Maintenance of rides, buildings , lack of customer service have been on the decline. I don’t believe crowds have declined by but is the overall emphasis on the parks. Disney has put its money into too many other businesses rather than maintaining the main draw of the brand, the parks. Still going, although the quality has declined.

    I for one completely agree with the commenters above. Everything someone claims to have happened on social media is the TRUTH! I mean, what reason at all would someone have to lie on social media??? Now if you all will excuse me I have to send some money to the very nice Nigerian Prince who emailed me.
