Ironic that the corporation that is so aggressive about copyright infringement that it threatened a daycare center, would do the very same things it goes after others for. Because it has sent cease and desist letters to others including 3rd party companies that have had their items displayed or used, and when the same argument was used that they didn’t know and couldn’t control what the other company gave them, corporate disney STILL went after THEM. They should’ve been made to pay MORE than they did!
Hoping they have to pay the $38mil that was originally asked for. Disney keeps raising prices anyway, so they can afford it. Plus, they sue everyone, so they’ve certainly got some karma headed their way

Should be like any other lawsuit. Disney held responsible pays up then they sue the company that used the software illegally.

The Beauty and the Beast remake was the first of Disney’s films to feature woke characters. That’s when Disney went downhill.
