I scrolled on my phone while in the queue due to the long line (along with many other people), then it randomly broke down

That was back in December of last year. I doubt that caused the breakdown

My granddaughter and I were on Pirates of the Caribbean back in 2015 when everything went dead. It took 45 minutes to bring us out of the water, then out through a back exit and then through a gate to the regular area. It was an unique adventure.

This has become more and more common with rides at Disney. Lately, it seems they are neglecting basic ride maintenance and they are constantly going down. I used to love going to Disney, but with rides constantly breaking down, increased prices, and lack of “magic” like Magical Express and free fast passes for Disney resort guests… it’s just not worth it anymore

Totally agree with Paul and for the same reasons!

Yup Disney need to pay attention to things at the parks but why should they then it’s less money in there pockets and crazy people will still go and spend there hard earned money there and they know it. I will not go there and live right there and all my neighbors work there and they can tell you horrible stories

I was there when this happened. I was in the teleportation room and then it malfunctioned. After that, the rear doors opened and allowed the first entry room to enter. Instead of waiting the. Crowd just crammed themselves into the teleportation room, even though it was already full. It is partially the responsibility of the crowd to realize something isn’t right and to not jam pack the room. But, ya know, society is kind of dumb like that.

My mother and I just got back from our trip and Cosmic was something we were both looking forward to. We purchased the lightning lane passes after reading and hearing about the long wait times. We were on the ride and just about to launch when everything we dark we were stuck in the pitch black for about 20 min. The maintenance lights came on for about 10 min then they announced that the ride was repaired and the ride would resume shortly. Thw lights turned off again and we sat for another 10 min. The ride then started with no sound or visuals and the lights on. It was a nightmare and because of our nerves we both go incredibly sick. When we got off they offered a fast pass to come back but at that point we were both traumatized and didnt end up riding again. Not the best experience to say the lesleast.

This could have been the power outage a few weeks ago. A substation was struck during lightening storm and most attractions on property went down.

A power outage is impossible because Disney has backup power supplied to every park and guest areas.

I hate when you wait in the line get dumped into the room . You were in the front now end up in the back because people push you like a stampede it makes for an awful experience.
