Doesn’t do anything for vacation club members using points for their stays!!!

Before reading this article, I can confirm the discounts. I just booked using the pass holder savings. Here’s a tip. After you w gotten a rate or nothing is available, do the Florida residents discount and it might be the same price or just a few bucks more. I was able to extend my stay for longer with this new perk.

We won’t be renewing our IncrediPasses until they end the park reservation limits on annual pass holders. Good To Go days doesn’t do anything for folks who live 1,000 miles away! In the past our family has taken two week vacations a couple times a year. But we are at our limit for abuse from the Disney management. (A $1,500.00 annual pass and we are the ones who have to make limited park reservations. Something’s wrong with this picture!)

Annual passes are only wise for Florida residents and the rich. We love how it is just fine.

If you are staying on property you are not that limited. You can book your entire stay up to 14 days plus your 5

You must believe that buying the IncrediPass is cheaper than buying date-based tickets, so you are still benefitting from buying an annual pass. I agree that the park reservation system needs to go away (its a major source of irritation for us although it rarely impacts our visits), but not for the reason given in your post.

Those reservations are very difficult to make as Disney has some of the worst, dated, below-industry standard IT. To get the discount you have to book by phone, it’s time consuming, you are upsold everything, and the price comes out to be much more than you think, more than you can often find the same rooms through third party bookings.

I always book mine online with no problem.

This is nothing new. Hotel discounts have always been available to all AP types.

After half my life being an annual passholder till just before the pandemic, It just doesn’t look like I’m ever going to see my way clear to get on that bandwagon again.

Wasn’t too many years ago that Disney offered up to 45% off at resorts.
This does not impress me at all.

As a passholder that lives 100 miles away, my family commutes each day trip. We’re thankful to be able to do that when we can. We can only get a Lightning Lane 3 days in advance, and most all of the individual ones are not available at that point. I’ve honestly just stopped getting LL. It makes for a very inexpensive day trip 🤣. We have the cheapest passes with having so many of them. We just look for lower wait times when we’re there and enjoy what we can. Luckily we can do that with having passes. What I do wish they would bring back is the Seasonal Pass! It gave us access to one park on select weekends, which we can’t do with the Pixie Pass. The next pass up in close to double the price.

Sorry this is the same discount they have every year nothing special. The title made it sound like they were lowering the price on the annual passes. Not worth the bother of reading.
