I do remember this happening in the past. I have an October birthday and thought we would go to Disneyland. As everything was closing and we were told to make our way to Main st. We heard a cast member say it’s their fall schedule because of local schools and neighbors.
I don’t know if this true. Just what we heard a few years in a row

It’s a business. And theme park business often shifts with operational needs. It’s seems entitled to me, people complaining Disney didn’t make a grand announcement with trumpets and pomp and circumstance. You can’t expect it to be the same always.

Imagine how much money Disney is saving by closing an hour early. It’s called “shrinkflation”. This has nothing to do with surrounding neighbors its all about maximizing profits. Does anyone believe that adding self service kiosks to order food is for convivence? They are replacing people because it’s cheaper.
