Just to let y’all know, I was at DCA & rope dropped it, and asked a cast member who said the Lightning Lane would open around noon, and sure enough, at 12:03 I was able to get one for 3:05-4:05.
I honestly had no idea that was the first day, I didn’t even notice the overly in the app until another rope dropper started talking about it. Don’t know her name, but thank you.
