When, when, when(!) will companies learn that it’s easier to keep customers than create new ones? Gift cards for new AP buyers? What about the old faithful AP holders who have been faithful through the thick and (very) thin of past years? There are so many perks they could offer to current AP’s that would cost the company almost nothing if they were a little creative. Sadly, creativity seems to be lacking across all facets in this entertainment company.
For the amount paid for the top level pass, annual passholder should get a better incentive, like photo pass added to it without
paying more to get it
When I became a passholder those perks were part of the package also water parks now we have to pay extra for both perks
I would be happy just to have our pre-covid holiday times back. My husband and I were able to go to Epcot on Christmas Day with our sorcerer pass when it had a different name. Now if we have company at Christmas we have to buy a ticket
We have the Pixie Pass and go to the parks pretty often. We moved here 3 years ago and I’ll estimate at 60 for the number of times we’ve been to the parks. We just had 2 months of 40% discount in some really good restaurants that we took advantage of, saved $144 on that alone. Parking? 60 visits at no charge that’s an easy $1800 the 20% bonus we got for merch another $50 savings. Now let’s talk about the gate cost for tickets, using the 1 day 1 park Florida resident price it would be $2200 no park hopper option. Let’s not forget that after 2pm you can go to any park you want without a reservation, and don’t forget the bonus days that you can go any park any day without a reservation. Now all that being said could they say hey here’s a free lightning lane for today or here’s a free photo pass for the day, yeah sure. But try to even park for free at Universal with their passes, not happening! Yeah they could do better but don’t lose sight of the actual value and yeah you can compare it to Universal but you’ll be spending a lot more there than Disney that’s for sure. You can have free days at Disney, bring your own snacks and sandwiches park for free, ya can’t do that at Universal.
Open up the FL passes to Georgia – like how Sunpass and Peach Pass are interconnected. Those of us who are in a reasonable drive to the parks would probably go in more often for long weekends at Disney.
Open up monthly payments for highest level pass to ALL, instead of just FL residents. Many can’t come up with $1600 but COULD handle monthly payment plan.
I’d prefer an extra 3 months free like they did in the past. I also think they should have something similar to the old fast pass through the app included free with the incredi-pass. But anything they offer should be available to renewals and new passes alike.

Disney site has different amounts for the gift cards. Is there a way to get the amounts you have listed

Unless they start adding in lightning lanes with incredi-pass It’s a no from me. I don’t want to GO MORE just to stand in lines more.
Gary
Is this just for new AP purchase, or also for renewals?
