  1. It’s such a shame that Disney treats the College Program participants like SLAVE LABOR. They are poorly paid, charged exorbitant pricing for their share of housing and often go hungry because they can’t afford to eat. In return they are scheduled for many hours each week without the protection benefits of permanent cast members. And under these circumstances that are still supported to create magic and be happy happy with every guest. They are human beings many of whom are living away from home for the first or second time. But they are treated inhumane by the company that they love. And they were sold a bill of goods that was not delivered. This treatment of the young people that keep WDW running is simply absurd.
