    Disney does this every year and has perfected the changeover. If you look closely you will notice that it always looks finished each morning when guests arrive. Nothing looks half done. They add layers each night. Everything is pre-staged and brought in in an orderly progression. Whether a flower bed or a store window or the removal of the big pumpkin and installation of the big tree on Main Street, it all gets done between the closing of the park and the opening the next morning. Disney magic at its best.

    I love Halloween, but going to a Halloween party in mid August just doesn’t feel right.
    I would love to be in the parks on the 31st, then go back on the 1st just to see the changes the very next day.
