The ROA is filled and open right this second. There is no Cars coming to Magic Kingdom. Pixar will be leaving the parks. And I will be using the phrase Make Disney Great Again when I take over Disney and take the parks backwards and undo the whole Iger era. No more new things and old things will come back like 20,000 Leagues and Alien Encounter.
