Simple solution? Fire them all! Hire people who want a job! Typical privileged employees who think they’re special. Just a bunch of Karen’s that hopefully even unemployment will turn down! Nobody always likes their job but we pay bills with the money we earn. Hopefully there’s enough cardboard boxes available for this trailer park trash to live in!!!
Try working at Starbucks and find out how tough it is.
Or better yet at Disney where everyone thinks they’re the only ones entitled to special treatment, talk about Karens then. Getting pushed, yelled at and threatened are a common occurrence
So, from what I am reading here, this is a Starbucks issue and should not be limited to the store in Downtown Disney. It would be an issue for all Starbucks. I would imagine that Disney has some language in the contract with Starbucks that pertains to employee behavior, dress codes and other things that would be based on the requirements for Disney cast members. This would allow for Disney management to deal with Starbucks Management to avoid further confrontations. It could also lead to Starbucks losing their lease. Maybe we will see coffee carts back in the parks that focus on basic coffee and a few light snacks like the one that used to be near the castle in the circle at the end of Main Street. They were fast if you wanted a basic cup of coffee with cream and sugar nearby for you to add your own. It took longer to pay for the coffee than it did for them to fill the cup.
Automate the Starbucks experience. Keep a technician, manager and maybe one server
barista, with machines dishing out ingredients. And staff won’t be overworked and rushed and my drinks will then be made correctly. And you can finally charge the extra for ice or no ice in your cups. We all know this is the future so just do it already.

Correct. Its a job – not a vacation. If you always like your job you are either unbelievably blessed or completely checked out

How hard is it to make a cup of coffee lmao To be honest, these companies are run by liberals who turn everything into crap.
