Time was there was a permanent no fly zone over Disney Anaheim. Why did it change?
It goes way beyond Disneyland. It includes ALL sports venues as well. However, this is probably protocol for places where someone like the VP would be, so it is redundant.
The no-fly zone was ordered for over Anaheim, not just Disneyland Resort.
