This has become a major problem at Disney with the recent DAS changes, it makes it where adults have to do this and this is the result, it isn’t good for anyone.
Yup. We had a teen boy say his family was ahead of us. A minute later woman and another child said her son was ahead then two grown zzz men said same. After ten yes ten people went on ahead we all were cussing the teen did it to get his whole family to the front. Cast members were told but still allowed it. Glad to see their parents instilling privilege mentality… Ughhhh
Simple fix here. Instead of Disney employees standing all at the front or back of the line walk around the people waiting ! That way if a person needs a bathroom break they talk to the cast member and explain what they need ? The cast member says OK gives the person a pass and that holds their space.
Why not explain to the people you pass when leaving the line for the restroom, if no cast member is there to help? That way on your way back people will know you’re not cutting! I hate line cutters and it’s about time Disney got tough
I have seen the same thing MANY times over the years — NO PORTABLE SEATS PERMITTED IN ANY OF THE PARKS!!! Unfortunately, I’m one of the ones that would benefit from being able to have some sort of “portable seat” since walking is difficult for me & just standing is even worse — I have Spinal Stenosis that causes me back pain that radiates down my glutes & into my hamstrings!
Line cutting IS a problem and Cast Members need to enforce the rules when there’s been an infraction. No one likes to wait in line, and no one is better than the next person. Don’t line cut!!!
Disney could have nipped this in the butt simply by incorporating bathrooms in the ques of several of the rides. It is annoying when someone or several people come cutting through. You don’t know why they are doing it. I try to understand, there is no point in me getting kicked out of the parks for someone else’s behavior. You can’t always control what your body want to do or is going to do. I’d rather them leave and come back than do the dirty deed in line for all of us to “deal” with. Do unto others as you would have done to yourself.

Mr D
That’s a good solution.

I agreee with Mr. D — that would be an EXCELLENT solution… kind of like a “hall pass” for bathroom breaks!

I’ve read you can’t bring collapsible stools because Disney frowns on you sitting in line.
