My son who has autism was attacked by a guest who tried to throw him from the train because he was in his seat. He was elderly and had a pass. Disney did not call the police or have officials show ip.

They did nothing but gave him some stickers. We filed a police report and they went to talk to the guest. Disney officials showed up as well. The detective told them that he will do it again. They did not ban the guest. Absolutely nothing.

    My son had therapy.

The cast member in the back grabbed my son and brought him in the back outside area on train. We were there for a week and my son would not go anywhere. He would hide under the chair at the pool. I brought it up to the management. Fid absolutely nothing.

It is too late to sue as statute of limitations is a very short time period.

We normally don’t mind when people hold spaces for their families while in line, especially when young children are involved. However, we couldn’t help but get irritated after the fourth time in the same day of waiting patiently on Toy Story, Woody’s Lunchbox, ABC Commissary, and even Small World and having a bunch (8+) of adults and older kids jump in line at the front because their friends were saving spots for them. This was particularly irritating at the Woody’s Lunchbox and the ABC commissary because we had to wait for them to look at the menu and decide what to order after they cut in line. We are okay with it once in a while but it seemed like this happened in almost every single line we were in.

When we used to go to disney either my wife or me would get everyones order and stand in line to pick them up . That way the line was much shorter and went much faster . Our kids would stand aside and look for what they wanted an tell us . For the most part you only need one or two people in line for your food order . As far as rides we would either get a reservation time for the ride or hit the popular ones first thing . We don`t go there anymore . They have priced themselves out of our budget .
