What a waste of time and money. You have a streaming platform already that has been losing money. Why would you start another one? This makes no sense to me.
D+ needs to add a Vault stream or section – needs to include the Wonderful World of Disney/Color, and more of the great older movies. Scarecrow of Romney Marsh, anyone?
I remember watching the Wonderful World of Disney every week.
But I also remember Duck Tales and Rescue Rangers and as long as they are the original versions, I wouldn’t mind watching them. Not Disney, but I love the Animaniacs. Then when I saw that they were coming back with new episodes on Hulu, I was excited. Until I saw that they made it all PC, “woke”, and political. It ruined the show.
I grew up in the 60s with movies like,” Horse in the Grey Flannel Suit,” ” Run Appaloosa,Run”, ” Cristobalito, The Dancing Stallion”, and why not show all of the ” Wonderful World of Disney” programs from the 1960’s and forward?
No Disney + for me! It’s DVDs all the way! Disney can’t edit a DVD for the “sensitive audience” once I pay for it not to mention I watch it when I want to not just when it streams, no internet required or monthly subscription!
I was thinking the same thing. Back in the day, I collected all 30 volumes in the “Walt Disney Treasures” DVD series, as well as the four volumes of the complete “True-Life Adventures” series. I’ll take Blu-rays and DVDs over streaming any day of the year!
Comments for Disney+ Just Launched a New Channel Catered Toward Disney Adults

You do know the service exists already, it’s just a other channel on Disney+.

I totally agree with you. Add THE MICKEY MOUSE CLUB. ALL the episodes, instead of just five

Here’s hoping the price for Disney + doesn’t skyrocket like everything else connected to Disney. Keep the price realistic for Disney +.

What about some REAL throwbacks – like Avonlea, Ocean Girl, Spellbinder, The Jersey, So Wierd, The Famous Jett Jackson?

So basically repeats repackaged, and all the stuff they took off of the original Disney+ put on this channel. Er…….’yay’.
