    Disney actually made a smart move. The Disney princess stereotype is overrated and mass produced. Remakes are overrated.
    I know what you’re thinking: it was a brand new original idea and they scrapped it. But remember, Wish was an original idea and it failed because it was cheesy and stupid. The normal audience is sick of the girlboss stereotype as well.

    Maybe Disney has enough Princesses already and adding another right now would dilute the collection. You can only promote so many at one time. Little girls can only be one character for Halloween trick or treating each year.
    This Princess never existed so she can be introduced at a later date when the popularity of other princesses has waned. They haven’t lost anything from this one bombing at the box office.
