More last minute crowd control games from idiots disguised as management. We all know how it is supposed to work. In the old days DL won awards for their excellent crowd control procedures. Those people have long since retired and their replacements are clueless and worthless. All they do is make guests mad at their inept senseless rules and directions. Great idea.
