A whimsical amusement park ride featuring colorful, ornate buildings with various towers, spires, and geometric designs. Lines of people wait in a queue area to board small boats for an enchanting journey. The brightly lit and festive environment feels like stepping into an auto draft of a dream world.

  1. I don’t mind another lyric to the end of the same song it’s A Small World but to remove it all together would be a tragedy!!!! That is the main ride that I always go on every time that I was there! If you remove It’s A Small World ride entirely than I will never go back to Disney again!!!! With all the woke stuff too I plan on going to Universal and Legoland!!! Who needs to subject our young kids and grandkids to woke views. My granddaughter’s and our family are going to the Magic Kingdom and I have already told them about that ride. They are very anxious to go to ride on it but if you close it then we may have to vacation somewhere else. Think about it before you possibly think about removing that ride! You may live to regret it!!!

Talented songwriters then and now. I like the verse!!

To reference an ’80s term… GAG ME WITH A SPOON! It’s no longer a “small world,” the new song should have been titled, “It’s a f*cked up world!

To reference and old ’80’s term, Gag me with a spoon!” It’s not longer a “small world.” The new song should have been titled, “It’s a bucked up world!”

Okay, so this is one change that Disney is making that is great! In our world today, with everyone connected electronically, it really is “a small world”. Thank you, and RIP Mr. Sherman.

It’s a Small World was woke long before the term woke was even a thing. This new verse simply continues that sentiment.

  9. The lyrics have not an ounce of woke in them. It’s about humanity not wokeness

    1. Walt

Ummmm “mother earth” is not woke? That term is derived from paganism.

    2. Jenna

Unless you’re clinging to some bastardized Fox News definition of “woke,“ then humanity and wokeness are practically synonymous.

P.S. Christmas was also derived from paganism.

I just sung that last verse in my head. Its wonderful

I made a point of singing the third verse while on the ride last fall at Magic Kingdom.

Well let me be the first to say this verse does not fit with the others at all. Using “Mother earth” which is a pagan term – has nothing to do with love and unity and peace among the peoples of the earth. It would have been very easy to find an alternate term but alas this fits with Disney’s current woke management. Don’t believe it – look it up.

There are already three verses of IASW

    Verse Two
There is just one moon and one golden sun
And a smile means friendship to everyone
    Though the mountains divide
    And the oceans are wide
It’s a small world after all

Here is the third verse to Small world which is far better that the rubbish proposed.

    “It’s a world of wonder,
    a world of worth,
and in years to come we’ll know peace on earth.
We will open our eyes, and we’ll all realize,
it’s a small world after all.”

    Everybody watch …
“1964-65 NY Worlds Fair 2015 New Year’s Montage”.
Yes, they had smaller & personal trams IN!side the fair for your comfort & convenience! – does Disney or Universal? Nope.
