Over our 50 years of WDW we have seen many changes. Gone are some attractions, eg. the epic Stunt Spectacular that will never return. The latest is someone’s dream of ERASING Walt and Roy. Walt loved Huck Finn and Tom Sayer, which are now gone forever. WDW identity is slowly being erased.
Now the People Mover is on the chopping block.
Some attractions were at the New York World’s Fair in 1964. Yes, I was there and saw all of Disney’s innovations to include Carosel od Progress. RIP

We are vacationing in the area in November, but with all the closings, we are not doing WDW Parks this time. Maybe Universal instead. Hard to justify $150/person per day when some of our favorite rides are closed. Too bad they can’t give us a break on tickets during construction shutdown.

We had booked a Dec. Disny vacation, but with all the closings and construction; we are cancelling. Thanks Disney.
