    She is suing for discrimination. Is she for real, after calling a Co worker a “white man”? GET over yourself, he was hired to be your supervisor because you didn’t qualify for the promotion. That’s the problem with you woke people, you make it about color, not about qualifications, white people don’t act like you wokes and call for discrimination. I don’t blame Disney or Lucas films for firing you, that’s what you deserve for being a person who probably doesn’t like white people in authority. I hope you lose your so called case!

    Hopefully she will win in the UK courts, as we are not lead by so much hate as some people clearly are that read these stories

      She will win? For what? She had no right to call out her boss as a white man. That is being racist. So what if he is white. Sounds like she doesn’t like working for white people. If she really has an issue with it then she should of quit. White people get trashed all the time by blacks. Its about time someone stops this bs. I hope her case gets thrown out of court.

    I was with one company for 25 years in every position from worker to foreman . In my 23rd year they hired a Black man to be my supervisor . I didn`t sue anyone over it .

    Dear me…..so much hateful comments when NO ONE can ACTUALLY understands the case.
    It was not as simple as ‘white is white’ and ‘black is black’. She was sacked because she was GOOD AT JOB when others, ESPECIALLY the Head of Department (s) were cutting corners and she would NOT PLAY BALL!!
    She was methodical and followed policies ad procedures rigidly…..WHY??? Because she was the HEALTH and SAFETY Manager…. even the external Independent Health and Safety Officer commended her meticulous work ethic and even HE stood up in court to defend her hardworking ethics!
    She is NOT playing the race card….she was treated u fairly….she assisted with a pay rise of a fellow worker, who was awarded it, however when she applied for the same pay rise, she was refused!
    She was responsible for her departmental finances and was methodical with spending, however, other departments tried to use her departmental spending when they tried to ‘pass over’ staff from their department to hers.
    There was alot of undermining and manipulation.
    She called out several Health and Safety breaches but was ignored every time. She raised several concerns providing evidence (s) at the lack of cooperation from corporate but was repeatedly ignored. She was not informed of meetings and was excluded from briefings with other departmental management, even though she was a manager herself. Her main concerns for her job was OBVIOUSLY Health and Safety BREACHES committed continuously by staff members as well as being overlooked by senior management and THAT FOLKS, is indeed why the case was brought to Court!
    I do not think any of the people leaving these biased hateful comments on here have actually read the court hearings notes….maybe because some people cannot read!

    UPDATE:………
    She won her case…..the Judge saw fit how she was INFACT discriminated against due to the EVIDENCE given!!
    PS: There are several cases against STAR WARS by ex-employees due to the incompetence and lack of professionalism by Senior Management!! Proves for sure that the Star Wars Senior Management are a bunch of arrogant work shy degenerates who use their power to control/manipulate/bully and mentally/emotionally abuse their staff due to lack of leadership and equal opportunities. Payback time indeed for the unfairly dismissed/ex-employees. Seems like the arrogance of the Star Wars Management Team has gone straight to their heads where they think they can treat their staff unfairly!!
    BRAVO to her for taking them on and winning!!👏
