I agree with it, it’s a family theme park, not an adult entertainment facility… I mean when my daughter’s girl scout troop went last year, I saw two women at Hollywood Studios who looked like they were about to go take a photoshoot for an adult magazine or going to put on a dance later.
I’m serious, it was so appalling I almost complained to a cast member, because there is NO way Disney let them in like that. I can guarantee you that I bet they went through security with shirts on and then took them off later once they were in the parks. I really wish I would have said something to a cast member, but I’m normally not one to try and start stuff. But what they were wearing would barely be appropriate for a water park, much less a theme park designed for children and their families. And you could very much tell that they were just childless adults by themselves.
I was absolutely shocked at what they were wearing! Especially not to mention, it was probably a safety issue as well. Their skin could have gotten pinched in a ride system or rubbed with all that skin showing.
I totally agree with @Rather-be-at-disney ! Dress codes are in place for everyone’s benefit. The general public does not want to see what you think you have to flaunt. And…depending on what you are wearing or not wearing, it can be a serious safety hazard.
I am not sure where common sense took a left turn but Disney has every right to uphold it’s STATED dress code. Disney theme parks are family parks, they are not your personal getaway for the day. You adhere to the rules or you leave - pretty simple.
I used to be the quite person who put up with such nonsense - NO LONGER…I shell out way too much money to see rules broken and families’ days ruined. I do not hesitate to speak up now and honestly, that is what Disney wants you to do.
Guests have every right to speak up whether it’s dress code or improper behavior. Disney sets the rules and guest help enforce them. Sad that society has allowed things like this to become common occurrences.
If you are in the parks - speak up - you may save a family who this may be their once in a lifetime trip. Morals people - use them.
This has been a public service announcement from the Disney guests with half a brain!
Walt Disney World Guidelines:Just in case everyone needed to hear it straight from the Mouse…
Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
Excessively torn clothing
Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
Clothing that touches or drags on the ground
Clothing with multiple layers is subject to search upon entry
I know there’s been a lot of talk lately about dress code, and I try not to be a cranky old lady about it! But - just today I saw something I feel was totally inappropriate. There was a group of maybe 8 20-30 year olds being escorted by 2 hosts at Disneyland. While a couple of the outfits were on the edge, one got me. It was a one piece spandex with a sports bra type top connected in the front with a slim band to very low slung short shorts. No attachment in the back, and a good 2 inches of butt crack was showing! Maybe because they may have been some sort of VIP’s nothing was said? Of course, all week we’ve been seeing some very questionable wardrobe choices!
To be clear, I”m not body-shaming. More like I’m taste-shaming!
I feel like an old woman but gym wear is not appropriate for the park in most cases and sports bras are not clothing they are for under clothes and I know I now sound like
My mother lol
That’s awful, it shouldn’t matter if they have any type of “status”, rules are rules.
What I saw back in June of last year had NOTHING attached to the bottom or even touching the bottom! She was wearing a top that looked like a bedazzled bikini top, that only had teeny tiny triangles holding in her very obviously worked on chest. One wrong move and everything would have been showing.
That’s why I believe that they must have been wearing shirts when they went through security and then took them off later in the park, because there’s no way they would have let that in! That is 1,000% against the dress code!
I saw a guy running up a ramp walkway behind the castle while my daughter and I were walking down. It was VERY obvious he decided to go without underwear while wearing bike shorts that were transparent enough to see his balls and uncircumcised snake flop left and right with each step.
That was appalling enough without witnessing a young woman who also thought a lack of underwear underneath her flesh toned bike shorts was a good idea. She was camel-toeing big time and you could tell her blond drapes didn’t match her obvious black carpet. The only reason I noticed her was that she was standing a little bit behind us waiting for the Disney bus to take us from Animal Kingdom back to our resort and I initially did a double take when the color of her bike shorts made it look like she wasn’t wearing anything at all on her lower half.
Ummm. She’s talking about it would be fine at her gym..honey, read the room..what if I wear my mickey ears or princess dress to the gym? That would be weirid…so don’t go and wear your gym outfit to the parks. Nobody wants to see that. She’s so vain.
So a halter top sans bra would be ok? It would be a “shirt.” Not to be crude, but it isn’t a thin top with well defined nipples poking out. She isn’t wearing tight leggings while weighing 300 pounds with her fat butt and oversized gut hanging out. I have seen a lot worse at Disneyland many times. Is this worse than a tank top or sleeveless top? I don’t think so. How about a bikini top and a see through cover up top? Where do you draw the line and how detailed do you need to make the rules while keeping the intended result in mind?
Yes the sports bar was inappropriate. She is young and in good shape. I’ve seen clothing in the parks that defy the laws of material physics that seem to go unnoticed by security and cast members at the park entry.
Can we all just agree that this was deliberately done just to drive traffic to this lady’s only fans account…because when you have no other talent or skill, there’s always the oldest profession.
Personally, I have to say that I’ve seen way worse the park. At this point and with these people that are out there was probably a woman who was overweight didn’t like the way she looked so she went up to her because she looks good and is in shape and wanted her to buy a shirt. There are so many people that walk around that place with half shirts and cheeky jeans. It’s not even funny. I’m just interested to see if this was some woman who was. Pierce faced fat and out of shape. What they have done, the same thing. Sorry, disney is just getting weirder and weirder every day.
Another reason to hate these TikTok clowns! All they do is seek attention and push the limits, to see how far they can go. Disney definitely needs to go back to the old days, when decent clothing was required to enter the parks! Woman who wear sports bras, lingerie and Daisy Dukes, with their butts hanging out, should be stopped at the security checkpoints and sent back to their vehicles and instructed to put on appropriate clothing. Disney parks are full of kids, who don’t need to see your a$$ or breasts hanging out!
It’s about time. Disney needs to enforce their dress code, for both males and females. People want to dress provocative and stupid go to magic mountain
It is Disney, not a gym, 1st of all. Come on, why do you have to be told how to dress. Those defending at young Gen z -ers. A crop top is still a shirt. They should have stopped her at the turn styles. Again, they need cast members walking around to look out for some of these issues: dress code violations, fights, etc. 2nd, these TicTokers are making videos while driving. What is wrong with you people?!!
Disney acted appropriately. A bra is a bra NOT a blouse. Take pride in yourself and be respectful and responsible. Frankly, I believe you were lucky to not get kicked out of the parks for a time frame. In other words, obey the rules and you will be fine. You brought it totally on yourself and you have to deal with the consequences.

If she thought she was at the gym why didn’t her male friend just wear a jockstrap ?

This isn’t Six-Flags darling. Qiut testing their policies. Follow the preset rules, wear appropriate attire and everyone can have a good time. Period

The key word is BRA. Totally inappropriate for Disney and she knows it.

I don’t see any problem with it. People need to worry about their own attire.

It’s a sports “bra”, an undergarment meant to be covered up by a top of some sort. Your not at a gym or workout studio.
