I personally didn’t like the food at all at the cafe. Also I tried to order the ? Block tiramisu and was told it was sold out and there would not be anymore. As I’m eating a new tabe comes in next to us and gets delivered that very item… And yes they would not remove mushrooms from the super anything even if you tell them you’re allergic which is absolute insane because they’re going to kill somebody or make somebody sick.

To answer your question…… if a restaurant cannot accommodate my needs/requests, they don’t need my service. So in other words, I would be dining elsewhere. Maybe if enough patrons do that, they will get the message?

      Exactly!
And to make your point perfectly clear, give them your order, let them ring or write it up. DO NOT PAY YET… Then ask for the specific item to be deleted (onion, mushrooms, sauce, etc.)
When they say they can’t OR WON’T take it off, just turn around and walk away. Now they are forced to cancel the order and hopefully the cancellation will appear on the register tape or whatever record they have for sales, and management will notice.
Go guys! Do it! Do it! Let’s all do it! Keep doing it!

Toadstool Cafe you must order your food first. Once you get to your table then you scan the table number QR code and then pay. If you are allergic you shouldn’t be eating there. I had an enjoyable time at Epic but I do agree that they need to be more accommodating. We asked for a plain grilled chicken breast and had no problem getting just that. Maybe Universal Hollywood is the problem.

I have a food allergy. I handle the situation very simply. If the item I’m allergic to is in or part of the meal, I just don’t order it. Same goes if there is something that I don’t like in a meal. Works great.
