For some of the record-breaking speed coasters at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Southern California. They ask you to please put yourself on the way and not in your pocket. Please leave your cell phone OFF THE RIDE AND LEFT WITH YOUR BELONGINGS IN A LITTLE CUBBIE. if you drop a penny from a farther enough distance you can knock somebody out if a small little pebble in the air is just dangling in the air on a string while you’re on a roller coaster at a high rate of speed and you happened to it with your head it could injure you pretty good. Good enough where you will not feel 100% after for a few minutes. I suggest if you go on a coaster and it goes faster than 10 mph and you can’t secure your phone in a zippered pocket. Put it in the cubbies with your belongings so you do risk a passenger getting hit by your phone. You could be held accountable if person riding decides to press charges for injury.

Sometimes I really hate social media. Everyone is so out for likes that they don’t raise they are putting so many people in danger. I don’t know if this is why that cell phone was out, but I’m sure that’s why most of them are. If I was hit by a phone, I would hold on to it until someone called or sent a text, unless it was unlocked, to find out who it belonged to, then I’d sue the crap out of them and Disney.

Not the fault of the park, it was the phones’ owner. That person should have to pay the injured person’s medical bills and other issues from the incident. That person should also be banned from the park. The parks need to threaten the consequence of being banned if a phone comes out. They all have cameras and can watch for that. The fact cell phones have become an extension of the arm to some, is ridiculous.

Just how “near” was the decapitation? Victim very fortunate to almost getting head severed.
