Two children stand together outside, gazing up at a bunch of colorful balloons. The child on the left sports mouse ears, reminiscent of a Disney World guest. Sunlight illuminates the scene, highlighting nearby greenery against the backdrop of balcony-adorned buildings.

Seems like this is just a case of Disney updating the terms and conditions because they had people abusing the system.

For the past few years, I have brought up the inability to make reservations due to all availability taken up by those who are selling their reservations. Those with thousands of points or those looking to pay their annual dues by selling their yearly points (instead of banking them). This action is strictly prohibited in the membership purchase contract.
Glad they are finally going after these people. Twice in 21 years, I ‘gave’ my son and his family vacations with my points. Not sold & it was a family member.
