While I would’ve liked to have seen Gantu appear in live action, I understand what they were trying to do. Still loved the movie though.

Indeed. And who knows? If this live-action remake does get a sequel, maybe Gantu will appear in that alongside any other characters it adds.

  2. I loved the movie, i was shocked Gantu wasn’t in it, but i can see why, i felt really emotional at parts and laughed crazy at others, Disney did a good job ❤️

How do you know it’s screwed up if you haven’t seen it? A lot of people have been saying that it’s good despite the changes which is probably why it’s good..I think when they try to stick to the original story it comes off as unrealistic and cheesy.

Won’t be giving this screwed up remake the time of day. If they had stayed true to the original I might have considered watching it. But I’m tired of remakes.

Trying to say Gantu made movie unrealistic is moronic. It’s about aliens integrating in a human world. That is not realistic. Having Cobra Bubbles not look like a social worker is what makes that character work. He was the best character, Doesn’t work that now he is a CIA agent.

These thigs were only a few. How about Ohana. You see it changed. THe fact that you don’t have the adoption, which made Stitch part of the family was a huge mistake. Nani giving up Lilo, Oh, yes that is Ohana. The Ugly Duckling, what about that? Oh, to not use the original RollerCoaster song and to remove Elvis from it, big mistake. Humba and Bubbles voices changed, no, not the same, Jumba isn’t the villain but you have made him the villain. These are only a few of the many issues. Do you want to know why the Live Actions don’t really work, this is why. They are supposed to be animations. That is what makes the originals so special and what makes them work.
