    Networked Censored, (bleep)

The only time where a historical classic film/tv should be changed, (and the original should remain unchanged), is when rebooting it, or presenting a directors cut.

The PC patrol forgets one thing. Any older film/tv shows reflections and or incorporates bits and pieces of the era it was made in and or if it is set in a past historical time period.

As a sidenote the PC wokeness of Hollywood and the Twitter pressure for Holkywood to cast authentic actors of origin to play origin roles is ludacrious. The notion of acting is to play a part pf someone else, regardless of the nature of the actor, unless the role, film, tv show, cartoons, broadway specifically call for a “type” to be cast.

Wokeness has blurred the line of what is real and what is not, an is apparent that a driving force of wokeness is to delete any foem of creativity, imagination, and inspiration from the arts, replacing it with idealism realsim.

Yea go pay $18+ at the box office to see realism. We live in reality. Dont need to pay extra to get an extra dose of it at the theater.

Sweet! Now we can start censoring rap music or any movie that contains the n word when it is used by blacks!

Classic and dated films should not be censored. How are we to show future generations that we grew up and realized that having white people putting on black face not only looked stupid, but assumed the audience wouldn’t have the intelligence to know the difference. Yes, an actor should know their role, but having someone acting out the character as written shows intelligence and gives authenticity to the acting. Some people use the word ” woke” as a derogatory term. They obviously don’t understand the meaning of the word, of we now have our eyes open to see mistakes made, so they, perhaps, won’t be made again. But don’t misunderstand: censorship in older films or tv content is wrong. How are people of the present and future supposed to learn from these real mistakes in history if none are shone? BTW- Censorship is favorite of fascist regimes. Just sayin’.

Im proud to not have Disney Plus. Cancel it if you have it; use DVDs, Disney can’t mess with those. I’m sick of Disney censoring stuff that’s not actually bad but then force woke and left wing ideology on us. Stop catering to the sensitive, crybaby leftists!

If Disney can censor our content, we can censor Disney. Drop your Disney + subscription and stop flocking to the theater for every Disney movie.

I think it’s interesting that Disney was the main reason Vid Angel lost their original streaming platform. One could rent a movie and censor out anything they wanted to censor (language, sex, violence, etc). Disney and others sued Vid Angel and almost bled them dry. Vid Angel rebranded to Angel Studios and, fortunately, came out #winning. It’s hard for the darkness to drown out light…But Disney sure tried!

It all started with old cartoons like buggs bunny , road runner, tom n Jerry, taking out parts that us as kids new were just funny stuff ans not real. Noone got hurt from it then . Just WOKE agenda at play here ! History was history good with bad but it was real stories with a real lesson attatched funny or not ! Let history be if you dont like it , dont watch it or dont listen to it, but dont bury it or hide it !

So I guess what’s next is taking out the stuttering of porky pig, the lisp of daffy duck, Tweety bird and Sylvester. Disney is turning into everything Walt Disney didn’t want.

“What a bunch of maroons”, as Bugs would say. They have turned “DISNEY” into a truly unspeakable curse word.

The best way to preserve these films and prevent WOKE Disney from destroying content is to maintain a library of them on DVD or video. It is sad when the creator and custodian of film history destroys or modifies content to fit a political movement, in this case, outrageous Progressives, who are not progressive because they destroy instead of create.

This is EXACTLY what the Ministry of Truth did in 1984. Winston Smith worked in the Fiction Department.

When a company this big has such control over artistic properties, it functions much like a government. And like a tyrannical government, it is projecting its policy into the past. Besides the obvious artistic integrity issue (which, as a writer, I find incredibly scary), this basically erases history and also makes it impossible to know what is true or false. There must be a law that stops this destructive practice.

I actually recall when the left was against censorship–guess the jackboot is on the other foot now.

    1984 has come to reality

Isn’t this the same as banning/burning books. Stop messing with history!! If you’re going to censor history, you need censor every race, color, and gender, which doesn’t happen. People only want to change things to their liking , instead they should learn from it.
