Watched the videos and posts from the opening night of this event. Disney needs to learn quickly to not launch something that is not ready. People, well Star Wars fans, paid a premium to see this go off without a hitch. Let’s just say that it was Hitch filled and then some. This was simply a time when the show was not ready for “prime time”.

    THAT SAID:

The show has since run pretty smoothly:
Star Wars Nite is happening on select dates from April 8th through May 6th, and we were there on the first night of the season. Tickets start at $169 per person, and at the time of publishing, there are still some dates available!

Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga is a projection show in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge that lights up the spires of Batuu.

The event is designed specifically with Star Wars fans in mind, and if you’re a die-hard fan, then this could completely be worth the cost for you! Having the chance to dress up in costumes and cosplays in the park is a big deal, and the characters available during this event are pretty rare! It celebrates all eras of the Star Wars franchise, so whether you love the new movies or the OG trilogy - there is something for you.

Similar thing happened during the last few Disney Star wars films too,
Crowd starting booing and many wanted a refund for the disappointment.
Corporate Disney killed Star wars and has been parading the lifeless body all around saying it’s still alive, but it’s not.

The dirty little secret that Disney is hiding in guest services: “they only refund black people”.

Sounds crazy? Go ahead and research the numbers if you can get access to the data points. It will blow your mind.

    1. Wow. I believe it. Didn’t know, but not surprised either. Offending these folks (granted a generalization) could lead to violent destructive protest. I suppose easier and cheaper to buy them off with a refund or similar offer.👎

I don’t care what their policy says. Disney needs to step up and do the right thing and refund these guests. It’s not like they can’t afford it. Remember bad press travels fast and far at a much quicker rate than good press.
Then to not have any word or release about what happened is lack of transparency which isn’t good for a company. Refund and compensate these people. Do the moral thing

Sound like Disney blow it again, they should invest there money in taking care of there parks instead of BAD movies.

Absolutely. Refund those folks + a bonus. A gift shop or food coupon. Good Will is priceless as is doing the right thing.
