I was in Disneyland Paris in 2021 in the pirates of Caribbean restaurant when the couple next to us put their baby on the table and changed a poopy diaper while we were eating. The bathroom was right behind our tables. I have never been more disgusted.
Yah, anybody caught *deliberately* urinating or defecating anywhere but the appropriate areas- this includes changing diapers- should be escorted to the gates immediately, and banned for a year. A second offense should be a permament ban.
