    lol. The only surprise about Time Warp closing is that it took so long. It’s widely considered the continent’s worst rollercoaster.

    Both Cedar Fair and Six Flags brought big debts with them and they need to cut back on operation costs. Trimming out rides is a good way to do that and they are looking at how much a ride costs to operate versus what it brings to the park in terms of attendance. Aside from Kindga Ka, most of the rides being closed aren’t great rides.

    Kingda Ka itself was just a very expensive ride to operate. That’s not to say they shouldn’t have given people notice to get their last rides in, though.
