Of course I’m not exactly thrilled to see it end. I know these actors and actresses are getting older and want to spend time with their families. I do think the side of Bev we’re going to hear about will not be a happy one. I do wish they could have brought back DJ his daughter and wife and David. I hope they don’t do what Roseanne did in the final season episode kill off Dan, make Jackie lesbian, and just twist it all up. At least give The Conner’s story the ending it deserves and leave us with an open door that they may return in the future, if there is a future. I do think too that a spin off for Mark and Darlene’s daughter could have been a great idea as well. It would give Jackie, Dan, Becky etc the lead way to make an appearance or two on the brother sister spin off. I mean what will happen with the Lunch Box? What happened to DJ 🤷♂️
Never watched it. What was done to Roseanne was pure bullshit. And except for Estelle Parsons, who was already a name when she joined the original show, every single one of those people owe their careers to Rosie.
goodman had a career of his own, as did metcalf. the rest owed theirs to roseanne, the domestic goddess. i refused to watch the conners too. roseanne is not a racist. her show was super inclusive. i’ve a feeling “Darlene” & ABC just used that excuse to steal the show from roseanne. the show would never have restarted if roseanne hadnt agreed to it after so much pleading from gilbert. shame on all of them for their disloyalty to roseanne barr.
I enjoyed every episode of Rosanne and The Connors, supurb acting by all! Alot of ppl could relate to them and it was good comedy, ill miss them and wish them all the best of luck!
