      Yes even though they are not sworn LEO’s the are still in a uniform that shows they are a guard. The DA can charge this guy with whatever they want.

    It’s assault if he did put his hands on the guard. I’m sure there is a lovely camera angle too. Maybe the theme park security guards in central Florida need to start wearing body cameras. Also, if I security guard asks you to move, move. They don’t want to get into it with guests but you’re causing a safety hazard.

    However this ends, it’s fireworks…why people get all crazy about a “perfect view” is beyond me. There are literally thousands of places to watch from (they’re high in the sky).

    Perhaps anger management needs to be a mandatory class at some point in life these days. Too many loose screws and too many people not able to recognize their own hyper emotional state. Over nonsensical stuff…not even REAL issues that would require firm stances!
