Yes ban the people that are taking pictures or videos after signing an agreement not to do that and post them. It’s a fitting punishment. If nothing happens to them this behavior will continue.
Absolutely they should be banned, maybe even sued. What’s the point of having a NDA if they aren’t going to enforce? They obviously don’t respect the rules and are taking advantage of Universal for their own gain/followers.
There isn’t an NDA or anything to sign. However, they have signs up all over. They didn’t stop the fool filming the park and from the hotel balcony and posting it to tiktok.
I wish that all “influencers” and vloggers were all banned from all of the parks. It’s so annoying to be walking along for someone right in front of you to stop and start filming themselves, or the ones that narrate their entire trip while they’re in line or even in/on a quiet ride, and the ones those that have something that is similar to a selfie stick (but it’s not one so it doesn’t get banned from the parks) that films themselves on the rides. It’s like when I go to a concert and have to watch through someone else’s camera because they’re all taller than me and holding their cameras up in the air to record.
And the problem with a lot of rules are that there aren’t many people that follow them and most employees don’t care or get paid enough to enforce them, then you have ones like me that follows the rules and gets screwed.

Absolutely they should be band from all universal parks! And I think the person who brought them in should be fired.

Ban the people who tried to make a quick buck for life and fire the employees! No excuses no regrets!

Sign a NDA then break those terms should lead to termination of employee & lawsuits.
