As a former character, inappropriate conduct came from some of the guests towards Mickey & Minnie. Not the other way around. The change they are making is so many more guests are able to see the Characters in less time. You can still be in a pic if you do it as a selfie.

I bet this is to prevent guests from suing Disney for “inappropriate conduct” by the characters????
