Iger has been a disaster for the company in ALL ways. He and his team on down have run Disney into the ground. All you have to do is look at the stock price and dividends under this rube – as well as Disney had not produced an original in a decade or more. What would a liberal bean counter know about creativity.
And I look forward to Un-Igering Disney when I take it over and make it great again. All it takes to make Disney great again is asking “What would Walt do?” and then doing it. Yes there are people who do know what he’d do and no that philosophy did not almost result in Disney on the doorstep of bankruptcy in the 80s.
“Bob Iger was asked what he’s doing to prioritize creativity across the company. Iger mostly avoided specifics in his answer but responded with, ‘Our creativity is, in fact, soaring.’”
And he said this while playing his invisible accordion. I’m not sure how Iger can claim to be making Disney great again.
