    You failed to mention the non-Disney civilians who actually DO live in WDW- the residents of Golden Oak!

    Former Cast member here. You can go anywhere on property and not get in trouble. They don’t have anyone patrolling anything on property. Only place you’ll see this though is at the back gates of any park and obviously the hotel entrance. Other than that there is really no surveillance. No cameras anywhere. Including most cash registers. The places they do have surveillance is way off the beat and path. Where most will never dare go. But in the parks go crazy.
