This is so lame. WandaVision was the best Disney+ tv series, hands down. Then the Dr Strange 2 (a giant gob of crap movie) kills off Wanda. Disney needs to bring back Wanda for a 2nd season. Agatha All Along was awful – nothing at all like WandaVision – so it’s just a continued disappointment for fans of good television and Marvel.
This Julia H is a prime example of the awful judgemental negativity that is an infectious disease against great content. WandaVision and Agatha All Along are fantastic and there’s nothing wrong with multiverse of madness if you know how to think outside the box and can accept the limitless possibilities a multiverse can have. Open your minds, close out the negativity and allow new ideas to be part of a positive conversation and not another reason to crap all over new MCU installments
As one of a “certain age”, I also grow weary of the constant tearing down of the content the movie people put out here. I’m not saying that every movie has been great or that I loved them. But they haven’t been as awful as I read in people’s posts.
I grew up reading comics and wishing I could see my heroes irl. The little I got were the likes of Spiderman on the Electric Company, a Cap movie that had his shield visibly bending and him in a motorcycle helmet, a bodybuilder painted green, a Thor that looked like some random Viking, and a Batman that was just comical. Not that these were terrible for their time, but they weren’t super either.
When I see the things out now, I am thankful that they try to show my heroes as I remember reading them. Are they all winners? No. Are they all trash? Absolutely not. After watching the first Avengers movie, I told my wife that it was the movie I had been waiting 25 years for. I get to see my heroes live and interacting in a way that isn’t an insult to a comic reader.
All I’m saying is that maybe before trashing a movie that people tried to do right, go look at what came before and have a little gratitude. It’s the constant bashing that causes the industry to back off on future projects that could be really good.
Disagree if you like. All I’m asking is to ponder that before you trash something.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. lol!
