Good, I am glad someone has the money to try this, hopefully enough people will chime in that despite what Disney is trying to force through policy, this ends up as a class action.
I wrote a whole bunch here, but as usual, it gets deleted because this website sucks but anyway, it’s about time someone have the money to see you and I’m glad because they’re discriminatory practice. Basically just letting people into believing that they’re deceptive accommodations were actually accommodations was nothing but a liar, and I know because I asked for a gas pass the guy can clearly see that I was just able to determine ass told me it was only for autistic people and then went on the gaslight me some more to make me believe it was a good plan that they’re alternative accommodations were actually accommodations when they weren’t when I told him I believe any of this BS he went on to say how great it was to work in that department to teach people how great their alternative accommodations are I couldn’t believe the nerve of this guy a complete total liar and suck up to Disney on for a paycheck and it was just absolutely disgusting. The way they were train disabled people. I’m so glad someone have the money to finally see these liars and I hope that it forces them to go back to the way it was and they lose tons of money on there lightning lane because that’s the only reason why they did this. It was all the prophets and that was it. It had nothing to do with helping disabled people, autustic , people, or anyone that was disabled they just wanted to get rid of this whole.
Disney’s lawyers will slaughter them in court. These attorney’s can’t even spell HIPAA, but they’re bringing a disability lawsuite based on HIPAA violations?
“This was done in an attempt to reduce fraudulent claims, which had reportedly been affecting the service.”
Who actually believes this? We all know they removed DAS in an attempt to force people who would normally qualify (and still DO an non-Disney parks) into spending in LL. Exploitation much, Disney?
They will continue this behavior (and even go after other groups) for a long as people are dumb enough to pay a gazillion dollars to visit the parks.

They aren’t required to offer a paid service for free as an accommodation when other accommodations meet legal requirements.
