Star Wars (and Doctor Who) are very similar to the recent election. Instead of reviewing election losses for what they were or declining/poor viewership, we are told we were too stupid to know who we should have voted for. Or we are too set in our ways to know what we want to watch.
Either start a movie with Luke having had visions of the future (Sequels) and Yoda’s force ghost chides him visions of the future aren’t locked in and he can change the future. Or Disney could be bold and publicly state the Sequels were a mistake and are no longer Canon. Either way have an epic action movie. Younger jedi being trained. Luke and the New Republic are driven by Leia’s dying words on her vision for the Galaxy and warnings. Luke is much older but has great wisdom and incredible almost super heroish abilities in the force. He trains and sends out Jedi for most issues but in key situations or when his jedi are failing he shows up and easily whips butt.
The Acolyte came with mixed reviews? Lol ….Wow It was the majority who hated it. And after that disaster of a series, including the disrespect from the cast, creator, director, Kathleen Kennedy and Bob Li’ger… the real, true fans called it quits with “Star Wars”…. D.E.I is poisonous and until they realize that and stop with the shenanigans, they will always fail with whatever they put out. Guaranteed
Give us obi-wan season 2 not all this other crap we want to see what we know not all new crap agenda. A luke series set after Return of the jedi or Vader set before a new hope but atleast keep Obi-Wan going .
I know you can’t fix stupid, but Disney will never get it through their heads that they’ve carried the Star Wars franchise too far and too woke.
I’m sick to death of woke crap everywhere I look and many people feel the same way.
Disney once wanted to entertain us with good family content. Now it’s corrupt and tries to please only the leftists/liberals and woke crap by filling their films with politics.
