You can tell the extreme groups commenting in here. Neither care about WALT’s Disney. They just want their OWN agendas met. Extreme “Woke” (as the media & social media uses that term) like what Disney was becoming. MAGA wants Disney to become more of a “heterosexual, rich, Christian, white male supremacy” version.
You’ll notice the extreme “Woke” using a lot of anti-white and anti-male language. You’ll notice MAGA using a lot of anti-Pride language…mostly hiding it within their anti-“Woke” phrasing. You’ll notice they focus on politics, rather than family.
Disney bows down to whichever party is in lead of the government. Disney ditched “family” in favor of the almighty dollar (times half a million). They have lost Walt’s Disney; so they can cater to social media complainers & pay $15,000,000 to appease Trump.
Iger wanted to leave a legacy. He will. He’s the man that attempted to kill Disney. Then again, January 20, 2025, begins the Man who will attempt to kill USA. So…I guess it all makes sense.
Disney is seemingly bending to whoever is in office. The fact that Disney went woke in the first place shouldn’t have happened. A movie company should stick to entertaining people and stop pleasing the leftists with their woke and political agenda.
Disney is kissing the ring. How very disappointing. Disney should stay the hell out of politics and do their Disney thing. We go to Disney to get away from the everyday garbage!
You can be open and welcoming to all without being aggressive and rude about it. This is where Disney made its mistake. It went full blast at the dumb stuff Democrats were doing to purposely divide the public. This Republican bunch is just as interested in dividing us as the Democrats. Family entertainment isn’t a difficult concept. Gay people don’t have to make love in the streets any more than straight people do. That’s private. Hollywood could also do well to get off the government payroll. People are sick of being manipulated. (Author: the terms “right” and “left,” in reality, have more to do with economics than this cultural nonsense. Why is everyone trying to confuse people with the terms we use? I think it’s to further divide people into political camps so we can’t stand together against whatever comes our way.)
Do not support ant-woke advertising sites! X is one of the biggest! Stay genuine to your employees Disney! If they do this, it may be time to reduce spending with them!
